Easy to shuck oysters!
Bought 3 packets of shucked oysters, delivery was a little late (~10pm) but seller was very responsive and reassuring.
These shucked oysters was easier to shuck than expected, just got to unlatch the adductor muscle connected to both sides of the shell (start from the flatter side first).

Very Fresh and Succulent
The oysters were succulent, briny molluscs and plump. Add some lemon on top with ikura to make it perfect.

Tasty Yusheng worth trying!
I was recommended to try this yusheng and I must say it is tasty and refreshing! My family and guests enjoyed it so much we finished every bit. Portion size for 8 persons seems smaller than the other traditional ones. The packaging is really smart, useful and pretty. Overall we were impressed and I have ordered another set for my next lohei!
