Unshucked oysters are delivered frozen, pls see below link for preparation. When stored in the freezer at an ideal temperature of -18deg, they can be stored up to 6 months.

The oysters were succulent, briny molluscs and plump. Add some lemon on top with ikura to make it perfect.
