Mulderbosch MCC Bubbles, 2015

Mulderbosch was founded in 1989 by Larry Jacobs with a dream to produce wine with its roots in tradition and its wine making New World and modern. Mulderbosch are probably the largest vineyard I work with, but their wines just phenomenal.

MCC Bubbles is delicious example of how tradition shapes Mulderbosch wines. It is a Champagne blend sparkling wine made the traditional way and it is very drinkable - custard, brioche, creamy textures with the right amount of savory. A dry wine, but zero dosage wine (no added sugar during the secondary fermentation for the fizz), that is unlikely to give you a headache.
