Unshucked oysters are packed frozen in a bag. When stored in the freezer at an ideal temperature of -18deg, they can be stored up to 3 months.
If you do not intend to consume the shucked oysters immediately, you can keep them in chiller for up to 3 hours.

Bought 3 packets of shucked oysters, delivery was a little late (~10pm) but seller was very responsive and reassuring.
These shucked oysters was easier to shuck than expected, just got to unlatch the adductor muscle connected to both sides of the shell (start from the flatter side first).
